K-CUP FILLING MACHINE FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM PRODUCTION

One of the main technologies we will present at the show is our K-Cup-compatible filling machine, developed for specialty coffee roasters, private-label projects, pilot productions, and companies entering the capsule market.
The machine manages the entire process in a compact system, including dosing, filling, pressing, and sealing. It can reach a production capacity of up to 3,000 capsules per hour and can be equipped with nitrogen flushing to help preserve coffee freshness and aroma.
This solution is particularly suitable for companies that want to enter capsule production without investing in large industrial lines, test new products, manage small- to medium-sized production batches, or develop private-label capsule projects.

The goal is to offer an accessible and flexible entry into capsule production while maintaining consistent quality and production efficiency.
